Use paper strip or string to measure finger circumference, suitable when you don't have a ring. This is the most commonly used measurement method.

- 1Prepare a paper strip or thin string, ensure the material is soft and not easily stretched
- 2Wrap the paper strip around your finger once, mark at the overlap point, ensure it's not too tight or too loose
- 3Use a ruler to measure the distance between the two marks, this is your finger circumference
